Official Invitation Letter
Note: The conference organizers can provide an invitation letter to support visa applications; however, visa approval is solely at the discretion of the respective embassy or consulate, and cannot be guaranteed.
Visitors traveling to Osaka may require a visa depending on their nationality. Japan grants visa-free entry for short stays to citizens of several countries for purposes such as tourism, business meetings, and conference participation, typically for durations of up to 90 days. Travelers from countries that are not visa-exempt must obtain a short-term visa prior to arrival.
The visa application process generally involves submitting a valid passport, a completed visa application form, travel itinerary, proof of accommodation, financial documents, and, in some cases, travel insurance. Participants attending conferences or professional events may also be required to provide an official invitation letter from the conference organizers as part of their visa documentation.
Applications should be submitted through the nearest Japanese embassy or consulate in the applicant’s country. Processing times vary depending on nationality and application volume; therefore, attendees are strongly encouraged to apply well in advance of their travel dates. Official Invitation Letter
Official invitation letters will be issued to registered participants of the conference upon request. Once the registration process is completed, attendees who require visa support documentation may request an official invitation letter, which will be sent via email.
